HPQS, P.A. is proud to announce that in May 2003, Phil Perrey became a member of the Leadership Manatee Board of Governors. Leadership Manatee is a program sponsored by the Manatee Chamber of Commerce and the Kiwanis Club of Bradenton. It is designed to educate community leaders about the present and future needs of Manatee County. Mr. Perrey's first assignment as a member of the board is to act as a facilitator for Leadership Manatee Local Government Day on Wednesday, January 28, 2004. That day, there will be a lunch providing the Leadership Manatee class members with an opportunity to meet local government officials, and discuss government's role in addressing local challenges. During the day, class members will receive an overview of the structure and function of our local government, tour downtown government offices, and participate in a mock trial at the courthouse.
