HPQS, P.A. is proud to announce that Gilbert Smith was sworn in as President of the Manatee County Bar Association on June 25, 2003. Mr. Smith recently served as President-Elect and served in 2000-2001 as Treasurer of the Manatee County Bar Association. The members of the Manatee County Bar Association meet monthly to learn about various issues affecting the Manatee County Legal Community. The association also regularly organizes or participates in pro bono (free) legal or civic services for the benefit of the citizens of Manatee County.
