From Tampa Via the Interstate:

I-75 South to “Old Exit 42/ New Exit #220 - SR-64 W to Bradenton” Bear right and continue west on S.R. 64 for approximately 6 miles. You will see Manatee Memorial Hospital on your right at the corner of S.R. 64 and U.S. 41. Continue to go straight on S.R. 64 (also known as Manatee Avenue) through the downtown area and follow to 12th Street West. Turn left on 12th Street West. Continue on 12th Street for one block to the next traffic light, which will be the corner of 12th Street West and 6th Avenue West. Our office is located on the corner of 6th Avenue West and 12th Street West. The building is a one story Spanish-style building that is a taupe color with blue tiles on the building. Continue through the traffic light on 12th Street, where parking and the entrance for our clients is immediately on your left.

From Sarasota Via the Interstate :

I-75 North to “Old Exit 42B/ New Exit #220B - SR-64 W to Bradenton” and go southeast down the exit ramp for 0.3 miles, bear right and continue west on S.R. 64 for approximately 6 miles. You will see Manatee Memorial Hospital on your right at the corner of S.R. 64 and U.S. 41. Continue to go straight on S.R. 64 (also known as Manatee Avenue) through the downtown area and follow to 12th Street West. Turn left on 12th Street West . Continue on 12th Street for one block to the next traffic light, which will be the corner of 12th Street West and 6th Avenue West. From Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach & Longboat Key Using Manatee Avenue:

Head East on Manatee Avenue and follow the road heading to downtown Bradenton. As you approach downtown Bradenton, Manatee Avenue takes a 90 degree right hand turn (at the traffic light at 15th Street ) and it winds around the tall, blue glass building, known as the Bradenton Financial Center. Follow Manatee Avenue through this 90 degree turn. Manatee Avenue is called 6th Avenue after this point. Continue on Manatee Avenue/6th Avenue until you reach 12th Street West. Our office is located on the corner of 6th Avenue West and 12th Street West. The building is a one story Spanish-style building that is a taupe color with blue tiles on the building. Turn right on 12th Street and immediately left into our parking lot.

From South Bradenton or from Sarasota Via Tamiami Trail/U.S. Highway 41:

Head North on U.S. Highway 41. Once you go through the light at Cortez Road West, the street signs will not indicate that you are on U.S. 41, but instead will indicate that you are on 14th Street. Continue on U.S. 41/14th Street (after Cortez, you will pass Office Depot on your right and Rooms to Go on your left) until you reach the downtown Bradenton area. Go to Sixth Avenue West and make a right at the light (Republic Bank will be on your right). Stay in the right lane and go two blocks east to 12th Street West. Make a right on to 12th Street West and quick left into our parking lot. Our office is located on the corner of 6th Avenue West and 12th Street West. The building is a one story Spanish-style building that is a taupe color with blue tiles on the building.
