Michael Hamrick presents seminar on "Everything the Estate Planner Should Know About Florida Homestead Property" to the Manatee County Estate Planning Council
On January 9, 2003, Michael Hamrick moderated and helped present a seminar to his peers on Florida Homestead property. The Estate Planning Council is made up of attorneys, trust officers, certified public accountants, Chartered Life Underwriters and Certified Financial Planners. Florida Homestead Property law is often a troublesome topic for new Florida residents as they attempt to plan their estates.
