WELCOME TO Hamrick, Perrey, Quinlan & Smith, P.A."HPQS excels in Client Service" The law firm of Hamrick, Perrey, Quinlan & Smith, P.A. is located in Bradenton, Florida along Florida's Gulf coast just south of Tampa Bay. We serve our clients throughout the central and southwest regions of the state. Our vision is to understand and respond to the needs of our clients, and exceed their expectations. We use the latest law office technology to communicate with our clients, and provide cost effective services. We attribute our success and influence to the skill of our attorneys and other employees. There are 8 attorneys in our firm, and most of us are from families who have lived in Manatee County or neighboring counties for several generations. We have been actively involved in political, social and community activities for many years. We are located across the street from the Manatee County Courthouse in an historic Spanish style building erected in 1925 and restored in the year 2000. HPQS attorneys are licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and are also admitted and qualified to practice in the U. S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the U. S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and the U. S. Tax Court. We have attorneys admitted to the Connecticut, New York and Colorado Bar Associations as well. HPQS attorneys represent clients in Federal and State courts throughout Florida both at the trial and appellate levels. Our attorneys possess high academic credentials, maintain strong community ties, are committed to the pursuit of excellence, communicate effectively, and we have earned a reputation for conducting ourselves with the highest level of ethics and professionalism as well as the utmost concern for our clients.
