Philip E. Perrey is a graduate of University of Florida (bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1973 and law degree in 1975).  In October 1975, Mr. Perrey was admitted to The Florida Bar (35+ years of law practice) and has been a board certified real estate lawyer since August 1988 (22+ years).

He practices primarily in real estate law, business law and local government law.  He assists clients with residential and commercial real estate transactions, title insurance, closings and 1031 exchanges.  He also practices in the areas of business entity formations, business sales and real estate litigation including condemnation, foreclosures, and landlord tenant matters.  He also represents clients on issues of legislative, administrative and local government law, and is admitted to practice in both the Federal District court and teh Bankruptcy Court (Middle District of Florida) in Tampa, Florida.
