John Quinlan practices primarily in banking, corporations and agricultural law.  He received his bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Wake Forest University in 1978 and his Juris Doctor Degree from the Stetson University College of Law in 1981.

Mr. Quinlan has demonstrated his commitment to the citizens of Manatee County through his participation in various civic and not-for-profit organizations. He has held leadership positions in various capacities with the Manatee County Bar Association, Manatee County Girls Club, Manatee County Girls Club Foundation, Bradenton Rotary Club, Leadership Manatee, Junior Achievement, Manatee County Chapter and was reappointed as a Member of the Florida Board of Accountancy by Governor Charlie Crist for a three-year term ending October 2010.

Mr. Quinlan has represented BMO Harris Bank, N.A. and its predecessors for more than 20 years and represents clients such as Farm Credit of Southwest Florida, ACA, Bank of America, N.A. and 1st Manatee Bank.
